The party ended at about 11 last night because the movie was over and I became tired. We ate most of the chips and half the pizza, and we liked the movie. It was quite "clever". Anyway, I just got up, so I'm gonna go eat breakfast. *yawn*

Jeff and my other friend Paul are coming over for a little party I decided to make. It's not really a party, I just want them to come over and have some fun. I rented a movie to watch. (A_E recommended Ocean's Eleven, he says it's "clever and smart" so, what the hell. I couldn't think of anything else) I also got some pizza, chips and dip, and soda. And some ice cream. I have some beanbags and a couch and a nice TV, so this should be some fun stuff! My mom gave me the go-ahead (I can't wait for my own house... but isn't everyone like that? :-) ) so let's party! They're coming over in less than an hour and we'll stay up until... oh, I dunno. Midnight? Sounds good, unless Mom says otherwise. I can't wait!

Jeff wanted me to go fishing yesterday, a hobby of his that I find not-very-interesting. Here's how our phone conversation went.

"Come on, we could get a big fish!"
"What's the point of fishing except to sit around waiting for something that probably won't happen?"
"You do that, except you aren't waiting for things to happen; you're just being lazy."

He's right I guess, and that's what scares me.

So, you're probably wondering the details of my life. (is anyone reading this, though?) Well, I'll tell you some, because I want to. And only about my friends.

My best friend is Jeff, and he's pretty cool. Often when I go to hang with him we usually end up a) shooting hoops or b) lying on the couch discussing thoughtful discussions on Shakespearean literature.Well, not really. Usually we talk about basketbsall teams or how pitiful our social lives are. We talk about the latest games (especially the ones with the Cavaliers playing, for obvious reasons... well, maybe they aren't that obvious to non-basketball people. They're Cleveland's team) or if basketball is not in session (like now) we talk about baseball. Right now we are having a debate about the World Series. (who will be in it) Jeff thinks that the Indians will be in it. (he ALWAYS thinks that) At least it isn't the Reds... anyway, I'd prefer not to say who I think will be in it, because I might get rude comments once people being reading this.

I have a few other friends, but they aren't as important as Jeff. (sorry guys!) However, I'm sure they'll end up here at some point, they just have to something that would warrant a journal entry. (no practical jokes, though, OK?)

Well, there's some stuff to start you off with. Later I may delve into 18th century pottery and then take a visit to the 9th circle of Hell. Until then, I'm out.
